Our Name

A radian is used in mathematics and physics to simplify calculations involving complex measurements such as angular velocity, wave motion, and rotational dynamics.

SCOTT MCELROY

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Scott began his digital design career in 2010. He worked as a freelance website designer while attending college, and quickly moved into the corporate world to take on complex software design and user experience design challenges for some of the world’s largest companies. He has created designs for companies like GE, Synchrony Financial, and Home Depot.

Scott’s passion for technology, simplification, and user experience coupled with his drive for entrepreneurship has laid the foundation for Radian Digital Design. When he isn’t working, he’s spending time with his family and friends and trying to travel to as many places on Earth as possible!

ERIKA MCELROY

CO-FOUNDER | HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

Erika has built a career of 20+ years across roles in HR, marketing, and sales doing exactly what she loves... meeting and helping people. She’s had the opportunity to lead companies to new heights of growth in multiple industries including healthcare, cosmetics, transportation logistics, and construction.

Her expertise in leadership coupled with her knack for interpersonal relationships makes her an invaluable part of our team and the perfect partner to help Radian Digital grow to its full potential. When she’s not working, she spends her time with her family and friends, getting outdoors as often as possible, and spending as much time on a jet-ski as she can!
